Job Summary: Lead and coordinate fleet operations to ensure vehicle availability, maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. 2. Ensures vehicle fleet availability and efficient allocation. 3. Implements safety procedures and controls the use of supplies. 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Administration, or related fields. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions. 3. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair. 4. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Lead and coordinate fleet operations to ensure vehicle availability, maintenance, and safety, as well as efficiency in vehicle allocation and utilization. 1. Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. 2. Ensure vehicle availability for various company departments. 3. Assign and schedule vehicle usage according to company needs. 4. Monitor and record fuel, lubricant, and other supply consumption. 5. Supervise and control vehicle entry and exit from the fleet. 6. Coordinate with the procurement department for vehicle, spare parts, and supply acquisitions. 7. Maintain up-to-date vehicle records, including maintenance and repair history. 8. Implement and maintain safety and emergency procedures within the fleet. 9. Prepare periodic reports on fleet status and propose improvements.
