Executive Chef – Dog Haus At Dog Haus, we seek an Executive Chef passionate about modern casual cuisine, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and efficient operations. This role is critical to delivering an outstanding dining experience that complements our concept of gourmet burgers, hot dogs, and craft beer. Key Responsibilities: * Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, flavor, and presentation for every dish. * Standardize recipes, portion sizes, and processes to ensure consistency. * Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering discipline and teamwork. * Efficiently manage costs, waste, and inventory. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Collaborate on new product development and menu enhancements. * Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to guarantee high-quality ingredients. Ideal Profile: * Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager (preferably in casual or fast-casual concepts). * Strong leadership skills and ability to perform under pressure. * Focus on organization, cleanliness, and operational control. * Knowledge of cost management, inventory, and personnel supervision. * Passion for gastronomy and attention to detail.
