We are looking for a Branch Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of the store, ensuring achievement of sales goals, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. We seek a dynamic leader with proven experience in retail. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise all daily branch operations. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed established targets. * Manage and motivate the sales team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. * Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues and enhancing the shopping experience. * Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper product display. * Track and analyze branch performance metrics to support data-driven decisions. * Maintain effective communication with other departments. * Train and develop staff. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. **Requirements:** * Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in retail, preferably within the construction industry. * Strong results orientation and ability to work under pressure. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of inventory management and cost control. * Availability to work standard business hours, including weekends. **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ commissions: $20,000 monthly gross. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Direct employment contract with the company.
