Job Objective: Provide operational and documentation support in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring process compliance, document control, and support during audits and performance indicators. Responsibilities: Develop and update Quality Management System documents. Maintain control and updating of official records and forms. Track corrective actions, incidents, and non-conformities. Support internal and external audits. Analyze records and documentary evidence. Capture and update data for indicators and KPIs. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and documentation. Coordinate information across various operational and administrative departments. Requirements: Knowledge of quality standards and document control. Experience in internal quality audits. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Office tools. Familiarity with Google Drive and email. Ability to analyze data and performance indicators. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
