Job Summary: Production line supervisor responsible for scheduling, equipment operation, inventory control, reporting, and personnel supervision to ensure adherence to the production schedule. Key Highlights: 1. Leads production line operation and scheduling 2. Inventory management and quality control 3. Personnel supervision and results-oriented focus Main Responsibilities • Schedule the packaging production line according to parameters required for each bagging size. • Request transfer materials from Cedis for bagging in accordance with the material transfer procedure and the production schedule (screws, washers, nuts, etc.). • Submit daily material balance report at the end of each shift and upon completion of each production order. • Record material receipts and issuances in CRM. • Maintain material inventory control. • Request consumables and supplies required by the production line (plastic film rolls, labels, boxes, packing tapes, etc.). • Perform cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on equipment at the end of each shift and whenever required based on operating hours. • Operate and handle packaging equipment. • Submit daily production report versus production schedule. • Conduct material inventory and area cleaning. • Report personnel incidents. Responsibilities • Ensure compliance with the production schedule. • Monitor completed material transfers. • Track requests for spare parts and production line supplies. • Supervise assigned personnel. Job Requirements • Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred). • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a production line supervisor. • Minimum 1 year as an industrial equipment operator. • Product knowledge. • Basic Excel proficiency. • Basic English knowledge. • Route knowledge.
