Position Summary: We are seeking a Public Accountant with proven experience in the real estate and construction sectors, possessing solid knowledge of accounting legislation and techniques. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in the real estate and construction sectors 2. Proficiency in Contpaq, Excel, and tax legislation 3. Knowledge of accounting techniques based on NIF Public Accountant with experience in the real estate and construction sectors Knowledge of anti-money laundering notices and legislation Intermediate Excel proficiency, Contpaq Accounting, Contpaq Payroll, SUA Knowledge of accounting techniques based on NIF Proficiency in Income Tax Law (ISR), VAT (IVA), and IMSS regulations INEGI reports Proven experience in the real estate sector Employment type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term Contract duration: 6 months Salary: Starting from $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
