Job Summary: We are seeking L1 Technical Support Engineers to diagnose, attend to, and resolve on-site incidents, performing configuration and maintenance of IT equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and resolution of incidents on IT equipment 2. Configuration and maintenance of computer equipment 3. Installation of equipment and spare parts for incident resolution We are an IT company with 15 years in the market, currently recruiting L1 Technical Support Engineers – Mérida Zone ***Benefits*** * Salary: $13,500.00 to $14,000.00 net monthly * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * School supplies assistance for children * Savings box * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM * Per diem payment * Tools provided ***Job Description:*** Responsibilities * On-site diagnosis, attendance, and resolution, including inspection * Configuration of IT equipment to ensure proper operation across client business units * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment * On-site diagnosis, attendance, resolution, and configuration of IT equipment to ensure proper operation across client business units * Installation and configuration of equipment/spare parts from warehouse for replacement and incident resolution * Provide feedback to service desk supervisors to ensure incident resolution compliance ***Knowledge Requirements*** * Office suite: configuration and operation * Microsoft 365: configuration and operation * Use of IT tools ***Requirements*** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a field engineer * Flexible availability for working hours * Ability to work under pressure * WORK LOCATION: MÉRIDA Salary: $12,500.00 – $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings box * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
