We are looking for talent! **We are seeking**: Technical Operations Engineer **Salary**: $18,000 to $20,000 per month **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Flexible schedule focused on technical support and incident response) **Key responsibilities** * Network Management: Operate and monitor FTTH/HFC infrastructure, track network health, and restore critical services (e.g., power outages or provider failures). * Advanced Configuration: Perform technical activations, provision speed packages, assign IP addresses, and manage video services. * Internal Level 2 Support: Resolve incidents escalated from Customer Service (Level 1) and provide technical guidance to field technicians for complex installations or repairs. * Infrastructure Maintenance: Configure and manage active equipment such as OLTs, ONUs, EDFAs, switches, and routers. * Video Management: Ensure the quality of digital TV signals, resolving issues such as pixelation or IP channel synchronization problems. * Documentation: Develop fault manuals and technical guides to standardize operations. **Minimum requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Systems, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience in networking, equipment configuration, IP protocols, and digital TV signals. Fiber optic handling (splicing and testing).
