




Position Summary: Responsible for comprehensive personnel management, including registrations, terminations, and IMSS-related transfers, file control, vacation administration, and human resources management. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive personnel management and social security procedures. 2. File control and updates, vacations, and leave permissions. 3. Support in recruitment and personnel selection processes. ACTIVITIES: Knowledge of SUA and VARIABLES systems. Issuance and control of identification badges for all company employees. Personnel registration, termination, and transfer with IMSS via the SUA and IDSE systems. Data entry of employees into various systems required by the company. Receiving and processing personnel requisitions from other company departments. Publishing job vacancies on authorized media. Receiving applications, verifying employment references, and conducting interviews for new hires, supported by the requisitioning department. Requesting onboarding documentation from approved candidates. Controlling and dispatching operators required by random selection for Anti-Doping testing. (MX \-USA) Filing anti-doping test results. Filing and controlling administrative records. Controlling and updating personnel files (documentation) for all company employees. Generating process performance indicators. Managing employee vacation schedules. Managing employee payroll deductions. Managing employee leave requests.
