Coordinates work teams and makes decisions on the production floor. **Plastic injection company in the Automotive sector** Invites you to join its outstanding team as: PROCESS ENGINEER FOR INJECTION MOLDING **Requirements:** Minimum education: University graduate * **INJECTION PROCESS ENGINEER** – Education: Technician or Engineer (Industrial, Plastics, Mechanical, or related field) * Mandatory experience: 2 years in plastic injection processes within the automotive sector * Knowledge: Plastic injection, molding parameters, blueprint interpretation, Core Tools, SPC, 5S, Lean. * Machinery operation: Injection molding machines, temperature controllers, dryers, 6-axis handling robots, Haitian machines * Flexibility in working hours, fixed shifts, weekends (as required by production needs). * Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mold assembly. * Software: Office, MES/ERP systems, parameter sheets. * English: Intermediate or advanced. **We offer:** * Monthly salary of 30,000 to 35,000 Mexican pesos (pre-tax), commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation premium) * Paid personal days **Job Objective:** To supervise and coordinate injection area operations, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality, safety, and line efficiency, while providing technical support to processes and participating in trials for new molds and projects through parameter adjustments, validations, and technical improvements—contributing to achieving production goals and meeting requirements of the quality management system (IATF 16949 / ISO 14001) and customer standards. This position must guarantee application of quality and environmental management system procedures (IATF 16949, ISO 14001). Coordination of work teams and decision-making on the production floor. Work location: Querétaro Industrial Park; no transportation issues.
