Identify revenue opportunities and prospective clients within assigned territories through face-to-face meetings, telephone communications, marketing programs, and other activities as needed. Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify leads, and route them through the sales channel. Ensure identification of suspects, account planning, account qualification, and needs analysis at all prospect levels. Respond to customer information requests and deliver online presentations. Identify and close additional sales of products and/or services with existing customers to strengthen relationships. Manage customer relationships and expectations throughout the sales cycle.** * **Maintain records of existing and prospective customers in accordance with company policies, including call notes, scheduled customer interactions, contact information, and other relevant customer information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently SalesForce.com.
