Job Summary: We are seeking students for a BIM Intern position in MEP, supporting the development of models, drawings, and technical documentation for construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for employment continuity upon completion of the internship BIM Intern We are seeking students interested in developing as BIM Interns in the MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) installations area, actively participating in the development of models, drawings, and technical documentation for construction projects. Candidate Profile Students in their final semesters of: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electromechanical Engineering Architecture Civil Engineering * Valid Optional Insurance (mandatory) Knowledge and Skills: - Interest and/or experience with BIM software (preferred: Revit MEP) - Basic knowledge of MEP installations (preferred but not mandatory) - Ability to learn quickly and handle technical information - Skill in interpreting drawings - Attention to detail and organizational ability Responsibilities: - Support in BIM modeling of MEP installations for active projects - Preparation and updating of construction drawings and details - Generation of quantity takeoffs and extraction of information from BIM models - Support in coordination and clash detection across disciplines - Management of drawings and technical documentation - Participation in technical meetings with engineering and production teams We Offer: -Bi-weekly financial support -Opportunity for employment continuity upon completion of the internship -Participation in real MEP installation projects -Internal training on BIM tools and methodologies -Professional practice or social service certification *We are located near Paseo Montejo, next to the El Colón ice cream shop. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree years of experience Knowledge: BIM, Microsoft Excel Keywords: intern, trainee, intern, apprentice
