With over 28 years of experience, we have developed more than 33,000 homes, committed to building sustainable environments that foster happy family communities for a better world. **We Are Seeking:** **Construction Supervisor (Building)** **Job Objective:** Supervise, execute, and monitor the construction program to ensure compliance with established timelines for project commencement, progress, and DTUs (Delivery Time Units) for houses, building works, and image-related works. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** · Execution of construction programs (building works and image-related works). · Compliance with project commencement schedules. · Compliance with DTUs. · Cost control in building works. **Requirements:** **Education:** Architect or Civil Engineer. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in residential mid-range housing construction processes, construction administration and supervision, contractor and supplier management, verification of material quality used on-site, preparation of construction progress reports, and building knowledge. **Technical Competencies:** Construction materials handling Mass housing production Computer software proficiency AutoCAD proficiency **Human Competencies:** · Leadership · Communication · Negotiation · Problem solving **We Offer:** Attractive salary Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Direct employment contract with the company Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 \- $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
