What We’re Looking For: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. Degree required. * **Experience:** 3–7 years designing digital products. * Proficiency in **Figma** (components, auto layout, variants, prototypes) * UI Design and UX (Intermediate–Advanced) * Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. * User flows, wireframes, and usability heuristics. * Front-end developer with UX/UI knowledge. * Proficiency in **HTML and CSS** What We Offer: * Gross monthly salary: $30,000–$60,000 (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM * Work modality: Hybrid * Work location: Chimalistac, CDMX Your Key Responsibilities: * Mastery of Figma tools: Using frames, layers, groups, components, styles (colors, typography, effects), and auto layout to create responsive and reusable designs. * Design systems: Creating, maintaining, and applying robust design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across large-scale projects. * Interactive prototyping: Building navigable, high-fidelity prototypes that simulate user experience using interactions and animations within Figma. Familiarity with Figma plugins and community resources: Knowledge of Figma plugins and widgets that accelerate workflow and leverage existing resources. * UI/UX design principles: Strong understanding of color theory (sRGB usage for web), typography, visual hierarchy, and usability. * Web and mobile design: Understanding of design guidelines for various devices, including appropriate frame dimensions.
