Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations. **Job Objective** Guarantee the daily operational continuity of the organization's departments and services through maintenance, conservation, and repair activities for equipment, facilities, and infrastructure, in accordance with established quality processes and procedures, as well as applicable current regulations on safety and health, while maintaining compliance related to the establishment's certification by the General Health Council. **Job Responsibilities** * Carry out mechanical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, general painting, curb cleaning, and lock replacement work in the respective areas of the organization and its perimeter. * Perform cleaning, maintenance, and conservation tasks for electrical, hydrosanitary, and ventilation systems within the scope of competence and application. * Repair furniture (wheelchairs, stretchers, transport carts) as well as doors, windows, and other applicable items within the organization. * Maintain an up-to-date systematic record of maintenance and conservation activities, generating corresponding internal service orders for validation. **Job Requirements** * Higher or upper secondary education. * Age: 30 \- 40 years. * Work experience: Minimum 1 year.
