




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of solids control and auxiliary equipment, guaranteeing their functionality and reporting failures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Mechanical maintenance of solids control equipment 2. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Verification and testing of equipment for functionality 1. Demonstrates, through experience, knowledge of mechanical maintenance of solids control equipment and auxiliary equipment. 2. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on solids control equipment (SCE) and auxiliary equipment (AE) at the wellsite, SUMIMSA base / workshop, or any location required by the client. 3. Ensures proper care of hand tools as well as measurement equipment used to carry out assigned tasks. 4. Conducts mechanical rig-up at various client locations to transport all necessary materials for equipment connection. Ensures all required items are dispatched for mechanical installation of SCE and AE at the wellsite. 5. Ensures equipment is properly verified, with correct rotation, and takes all required measurements to complete the field report. 6. Conducts equipment testing and records all necessary measurements for submission to the wellsite supervisor (G-force). 7. Jointly with the wellsite solids control operator, confirms proper functionality of the equipment. 8. Reports to the maintenance supervisor any failures identified during equipment testing, enabling follow-up and resolution. 9. Performs safe dismantling of all components of solids control equipment and auxiliary equipment. 10. Supports full and safe unloading of all solids control equipment, auxiliary equipment, and associated materials at the base or the client’s new location. 11. Performs corrective and/or preventive mechanical maintenance on solids control equipment and auxiliary equipment upon return from the wellsite or any client location.
