**Primary Responsibilities:** * Verify the identity of personnel working at this SERME hemodialysis clinic prior to granting access, by checking their identification badge and confirming that their work schedule matches. * Monitor and control all external individuals entering this SERME hemodialysis clinic—including suppliers, garbage collectors, R.P.B.I. waste collectors, visitors, etc.—issuing them an identification badge when applicable and recording their entry in the logbook. * No person shall be permitted entry into the premises until their identity has been verified for access to this SERME hemodialysis clinic. * Verify ambulances upon arrival and collect information regarding the driver, paramedic, vehicle type, and patient details. * Remove the parking chain at 05:30 hours to free up parking spaces, then regulate patient vehicle traffic by instructing drivers not to exceed a 15-minute stay. (When applicable). * Open the main entrance door at 05:45 hours to allow patient entry, after verifying that reception staff are already on duty. * Close the main entrance door at 21:30 hours (When applicable). * Install the parking security chain at 21:30 hours. * Ensure all sliding doors and entry doors are fully closed and locked once operations at this hemodialysis clinic have concluded. * Deny entry to any person once the SERME hemodialysis clinic is closed and all activities have ended. * Maintain constant communication with the Administrative Management team so that support can be provided promptly if required. * Monitor all access points according to those existing in the unit: a) Access 1 – Main door/entrance: To be used exclusively by patients and their family members. b) Access 2 – Warehouse door: To be used only when receiving materials. c) Access 3 – Hydraulic/pneumatic equipment door: To be used solely by technical support or maintenance staff, or when the water tank truck supplier visits. d) Access 4 – Door leading to the municipal garbage storage area: To be used only on days when the municipal garbage supplier visits for collection. e) Access 5 – Door leading to the temporary R.P.B.I. storage area: To be used only on days when the R.P.B.I. supplier visits for collection. f) Access 6 – Door leading to staff rest area: To be used as an entry/exit point for staff working in this hemodialysis medical unit accessing the staff rest area. g) Access 7 – Door leading to Aurrera warehouse suppliers’ closed street: For exclusive use by staff working in this hemodialysis medical unit. * Present oneself in proper personal hygiene and attire, wearing the corresponding tactical equipment. * Must not neglect assigned duties nor leave the post under any circumstances. * Must not develop familiarity with staff of this SERME hemodialysis clinic, nor with patients or their relatives. **Secondary Responsibilities:** · Conduct triage for every patient and patient’s family member entering the building.
