REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
* Knowledge of regulations (ISO 9001, NOMs, STPS).
* Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.
* Ability to create and interpret flowcharts.
* Knowledge of risk assessment.
* Advanced Excel proficiency.
* Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience in document control.
* Audit management.
Preparation of executive reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handling customer complaints.
* Participation in internal audits as an auditor; providing support during external audits to respond appropriately.
* Raising awareness among employees regarding physical security and supply chain security (OEA).
* Maintaining the organization’s document management system up to date.
* Supporting departments in developing procedures and templates.
* Preparing risk matrices based on NOM-030.
* Supporting sustainability committee follow-up activities.
* Monitoring security and environmental protocols.
* Supporting implementation of security regulations across business units.
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday. Saturday work may be required depending on operational needs.
