Position Objective Supervise and ensure the proper operation of the industrial dining facility, guaranteeing adherence to processes, quality standards, production control, and effective leadership of the work team. Main Responsibilities * Supervise large-volume food production and service. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Coordinate and lead operational teams. * Monitor production processes, timelines, and quality standards. * Promptly resolve operational incidents. * Ensure order, discipline, and adherence to internal guidelines. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Gastronomy, Food Science, or related field (preferred). * Proven experience supervising industrial dining facilities or food service operations. * Knowledge of large-volume food production and service control. * Experience managing personnel. * Decision-making ability and problem-solving skills. * Leadership and teamwork skills.
