We seek a candidate with strong leadership skills, an operational mindset, and the ability to ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and productivity standards. Position Objective Supervise and ensure the proper operation of the industrial dining facility, guaranteeing adherence to processes, quality standards, production control, and effective leadership of the work team. Main Responsibilities * Supervise large-volume food production and service. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Coordinate and lead operational teams. * Monitor production processes, timelines, and quality standards. * Promptly resolve operational incidents. * Ensure order, discipline, and adherence to internal guidelines. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Gastronomy, Food Science, or related field (preferred). * Proven experience supervising industrial dining facilities or food service operations. * Knowledge of large-volume food production and service control. * Experience managing personnel. * Decision-making ability and problem-solving skills. * Leadership and teamwork skills.
