**EDUCATIONAL TRAINING SERVICES ASSISTANT (SERVICE PROVISION)** **Academic level:** Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Education, or related field (Must have official title and/or professional license) **Required experience:** * Administrative processes, archiving, public service. **Tasks to be performed:** * Assist in the compilation and verification, both physical and digital, on the SIGAA platform, of academic records for active and inactive students * Assist in organizing and managing the archive corresponding to the Training department * Assist in preparing and compiling semester, extraordinary, and regularization minutes * Assist in receiving deliverables (evidence) from teachers regarding evaluations for all semesters * And any other activities specifically assigned inherent to the services, through the Escuela Náutica Mercante “Cap. Alt. Fernando Siliceo y Torres”, located in Veracruz, Veracruz. **Knowledge, skills, competencies**: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to work in teams and operate digital platforms. * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Efficiency in processing daily administrative procedures. * Effective control and management of documentation. * Professionalism/Ethics/Respect/ **Proof of studies, courses, certifications:** * Must have official title and/or professional license * Courses relevant to the required profile.
