Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Security Agent to conduct patrols, maintain order, and ensure the safety of guests and property. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 6 months of experience in security. 2. Knowledge of fire suppression and CPR. 3. Handling of undesirable behaviors and access control. **Security Agent** *Requirements:* * Full availability to rotate shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) * Minimum 6 months of experience in this position. * Knowledge of fire suppression and CPR. * Basic knowledge of first aid. *Responsibilities:* * Conduct patrols across all hotel areas according to the patrol route plan. * Maintain order in the hotel by assisting with guest- and staff-related situations. * Handle undesirable behaviors, violations of hotel or legal policies, as a guarantee for the safety of guests, staff, owners, and property. * Inspect staff packages upon departure from work and manage access controls to the premises. * Support and monitor crowd movements within the hotel. * Properly verify vehicle entry and exit from the parking lot, maintaining appropriate logbook control. * Report any suspicious individuals—both inside and outside the premises—to the immediate supervisor.
