Industrial Project Draftsperson \- Purpose of the position: Develop and graphically represent industrial projects through drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications, using specialized software to ensure accuracy, construction efficiency, and regulatory compliance. \- Key responsibilities Prepare architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings in AutoCAD and Revit. Model MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems in a BIM environment. Generate preliminary quantities and estimates in Opus or Neodata. Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to interpret technical requirements. Keep drawings updated according to construction progress and design changes. Support the development of concept catalogs and technical specifications. Ensure graphical and technical quality of deliverables. Archive and manage project technical documentation. \- Profile requirements \- Academic background Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. \- Experience Minimum 2 years of technical drafting experience applied to industrial projects. Experience in BIM modeling and estimating using specialized software. \- Technical knowledge Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. Advanced skills in Revit and MEP. Use of Opus or Neodata for estimating and quantity take-offs. Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary drawings. Knowledge of construction and industrial installation regulations. \- Personal competencies Attention to detail and technical precision. Organizational and document management skills. Effective communication with technical teams. Proactivity and willingness to learn new tools. \- Performance indicators Average delivery time for drawings and models. Accuracy level in quantities and estimates. Graphical and technical quality of deliverables. Collaborates with: Design engineers, site supervisors, cost department.
