Team training and motivation. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise daily store operations. * Achieve and ensure attainment of sales targets. * Manage and supervise personnel (schedules, attendance, and performance). * Train and motivate the sales team. * Control and administer inventory. * Receive and arrange merchandise. * Ensure proper in-store product display (visual merchandising). * Address and resolve customer issues. * Cash register control, cash reconciliation, and sales reporting. * Supervise store order, cleanliness, and appearance. * Implement strategies to increase sales. * Prepare reports for administration or corporate. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience as a clothing store or boutique manager. * Experience in sales or retail. * Experience in personnel management. * Leadership skills and strong communication ability. * Flexible availability. **WE OFFER** * Base salary \+ sales commissions and inventory bonus. * Opportunity for an indefinite-term contract.
