In this role, you will report to the Electrical Supervisor and have the opportunity to perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on plant systems, instrumentation, and electrical/control equipment. You will ensure tasks are carried out safely, timely, and with high technical quality, supporting maintenance planning and contributing to optimal plant performance and availability****. Join us to drive the right energy and make clean energy the natural choice for everyone!* Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for: * Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical, instrumentation, and control (I\&C) equipment, ensuring quality and timely execution. * Leading work teams in maintenance activities, including supervision of external contractors. * Maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing: + Motor control centers, electric motors, and transformer and generator protection systems. + Gas and steam turbine control systems, including PLCs, DCS, HIMA PLCs, and advanced configurations. + Gas and fire protection systems, SF6 substation equipment, and auxiliary systems. * Conducting predictive inspections, calibrations, fault detection, and signal testing on control systems. * Diagnosing faults in communication, monitoring, and protection systems, including TG/TV instruments, AUMA motorized valves, PSV/overpressure valves, and TG gas valves. * Preparing maintenance reports, incident analyses, and supporting continuous improvement in plant maintenance programs. Requirements and Skills: **Your profile is ideal if you have:** * Degree or technical diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent). * Proven experience in maintenance of electrical and I\&C systems in power generation plants or industrial facilities. * Practical knowledge and experience with gas turbines, steam turbines, boilers, substation equipment, water treatment systems, and fire protection systems. * Solid understanding of PLCs, DCS, relays, and distributed control systems. * Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies. * Knowledge of industry safety, health, and environmental regulations. * Ability to lead maintenance activities and coordinate external contractors. **What will strengthen your application:** * Practical experience in power generation systems (turbines, boilers, transformers, compressors). * Experience in monitoring, analysis, and sampling systems. * Strong diagnostic, calibration, and troubleshooting skills. * Teamwork-oriented mindset, with solid reporting and documentation abilities.
