




Maintain and provide support for computer systems, computing equipment, and network infrastructure. Configure, support, and administer email systems and servers. Provide on-site and/or remote technical support. Maintain inventory controls and records for supplies and software licenses. Plan and perform preventive maintenance tasks. Manage equipment warranties. Basic knowledge of: Networks, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Servers, Switches; Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server; Printers; Data backups; Email configuration; End-user support; Support for software development projects. **Work Schedule:** **Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM** **Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM** **Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM** **Sunday: Day off** (WEEKEND ON-CALL DUTIES ARE ROTATED AMONG TEAM MEMBERS) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,500.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Employee discount * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
