Job Summary: We are seeking a Foreign Trade Specialist to ensure the proper flow of products and documentation, with a focus on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure proper flow of products and documentation in foreign trade 2. Validate authenticity of certificates and ensure regulatory compliance 3. Resolve internal and external inquiries related to foreign trade **Required Academic Level:** * Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field. **Work Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in this role. **Knowledge of:** * Customs Law * Annex 22 * Document validation and review * Basic tariff classification * Customs system operation. * Attention to detail and sense of urgency. **Responsibilities:** As a Foreign Trade Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the proper flow of products and documentation within our company. Key duties include: * **Customs entry review**: Ensure all customs procedures are carried out correctly and in accordance with current regulations. * **Review of certificates of origin**: Validate authenticity and compliance of certificates to ensure correct classification and tariff preference. * **Review of compliance with standards and regulations (RRNAs)**: Ensure all operations comply with local and international regulations. * **Calculation of contributions**: Verify and manage accurate calculation of fiscal contributions, tariffs, and taxes related to international trade. * **Resolution of internal and external inquiries**: Serve as the primary contact point for resolving questions or issues related to the foreign trade department. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Excellent work environment.
