Route customer visits through the company's systems. **Header \- External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Region Sur Peninsula Entity: Jalisco Location Type: Tda Guadalajara Gran Terraza Oblatos **BTP Position Objective** ------------------------------- Advise customers to identify their service needs in AT\&T stores, achieving optimization while adhering to established processes and policies. **Key BTP Responsibilities** ------------------------------------- Establish friendly and service-oriented relationships with customers to ensure service standards, thereby providing alternatives for problem resolution. Implement quality standards set by Management and ensure the best service and sales experience. Accurately and completely route customer visits through the company's systems to enhance satisfaction.
