We seek an analytical, structured, and results-oriented individual capable of identifying improvement opportunities, documenting processes, implementing standards, and collaborating across various operational departments. ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed engineering degree. * Preferred field of study: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline. * Specialization or experience focused on manufacturing process improvement. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of ISO 9001\. * Knowledge of Six Sigma. * Yellow, Green, or Black Belt certification (Mandatory) * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Technical English. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze, document, and improve manufacturing processes. * Implement and monitor improvements in industrial processes. * Participate in continuous improvement projects. * Support standardization of processes and procedures. * Monitor operational and efficiency indicators. * Collaborate with production, quality, and operations departments. * Ensure compliance with quality and process improvement guidelines. * Propose actions to optimize time, resources, and productivity. ### **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of **$25,000** * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers of **$2,200** * Savings fund contribution of **10%** * Three-shift schedule. Days off on Friday and Saturday.
