Required Profile: Technical high school diploma in Computer Science or related field Bachelor's degree in Systems or Information Technologies (in progress or completed) Essential knowledge of JAVA Minimum experience in remote support, call center, or technical support Analytical ability and attention to detail Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Fixed weekend rest on Saturday and Sunday.
