Job Summary: We are seeking an Air Conditioning Technician with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of climate control and hydraulic systems, as well as electromechanical knowledge. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of air conditioning systems and hydraulic systems. 2. Basic knowledge of maintenance for electrical equipment. 3. Customer service attitude and sense of urgency. WE ARE HIRING AN AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS: Education: Technical High School Diploma or incomplete Bachelor's degree Experience: Minimum 1 year, verifiable. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioners, mini-split units, chillers, cassette-type units, air curtains, and precision equipment. • Preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic systems, horizontal water pumps, flowmeters, pipe welding, and preferably with knowledge of water treatment (water softening system). • Basic knowledge of maintenance for medium- and low-voltage equipment (electrical panels, UPS, transformers). • Daily activity reports • Follow-up on training programs (Environmental Management System knowledge is desirable). • Coordination with external suppliers. • Performing necessary tasks to maintain properties in proper electromechanical, furniture, electrical, and mechanical conditions at the workplace. • Execution of maintenance programs, user-reported issue response and resolution, troubleshooting service failures.
