Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the maintenance and administration of hardware, software, and cybersecurity at a research center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. 2. Software, network, and cybersecurity administration. 3. Technical support to users and problem resolution. ASAP TESTING - CENTER Indefinite-term contract Full-time (45 hours per week) On-site Company Description: We are a research center providing professional, scientific, and technical services for evaluating and verifying the safety and efficacy of consumer products from the food, cosmetics, personal hygiene, and household cleaning industries. Our objective is to provide CUSTOMER AND CONSUMER PEACE OF MIND that analyzed samples meet quality, safety, regulatory, and marketing claim requirements. Job Objective: Perform maintenance (updates, renewal, treatment, administration) of all company hardware and software; manage domains, websites, email accounts, passwords, and cybersecurity; administer KPI and operational results data and information. Candidate Profile: • Experience handling hardware, particularly preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. • Knowledge of software: usage, maintenance, configuration, and updating of systems and applications. • Experience installing and administering antivirus software and cybersecurity tools. • Configuration and support of corporate email systems. • Knowledge of networks and basic internet, router, and connection configuration. • Configuration and support of computers and smartphones. • Experience managing systems such as CRM, billing, and corporate portals. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to resolve technical issues and provide user support. • Organizational skills, activity tracking, and control capabilities. • Proactive, responsible attitude with service orientation. • Punctual, orderly, and possessing strong communication skills.
