




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to design and implement training plans, develop competencies, and coordinate organizational development programs. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implementation of in-person and virtual training plans. 2. Development of competencies and employee satisfaction programs. 3. Leadership in training audits and performance management. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree * Age 40 to 55 years * **Desirable experience in commercial service or spare parts companies, automotive dealerships, manufacturing, etc.** * Design and implementation of training plans for developing employee skills and competencies (in-person and virtual). * Design, maintain, and update the skills matrix, ensuring critical competencies are developed for each position. * Develop and coordinate implementation of programs and policies that promote employee satisfaction and a favorable organizational environment. * Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs for new operational and administrative employees. * Lead internal and external audits related to training and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate and administer the organizational climate survey and NOM-035, as well as develop and monitor actions derived from the results. * Develop and coordinate organizational development strategies (e.g., employee engagement, leadership, organizational change). * Direct, control, and manage employee performance evaluations across the organization. ***We Offer:*** * Gross monthly salary of $20,000 to $25,000, depending on experience * Statutory benefits * Parking * Computer equipment and mobile phone * Corporate cafeteria ***Interested candidates please send CV to 55\-40853419*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Free parking * Company phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
