**Pharmaceutical Group** with over 45 years of experience in the healthcare sector seeks your talent to join us as: **Tablet Press Operator** **What do you need?** * Completed secondary education * Availability to rotate among three shifts from Monday to Saturday (rotation occurs every 15 days) ***NO FIXED SHIFTS*** * ***Availability to work at Industrial Vallejo, Azcapotzalco*** * **Mandatory requirement**: experience operating pharmaceutical tablet presses **Responsibilities** * Operate assigned tablet press machines to compress products * Train assigned personnel if required by area and operational needs * Deactivate or disable a physical component or critical parameter of equipment * Report any defects detected in products, equipment, or work area during working hours * Perform equipment adjustments to maintain operation within specified parameters * Conduct physical tests and process controls during tablet compression * Prevent processes, rework, and non-conformities due to product quality failures * Perform cleaning and fabrication activities according to standard timeframes * Disassemble, clean, and reassemble various types of tablet presses * Reconcile and finalize manufacturing records for each produced product * Provide support to other departments as required by the company **We offer:** * Monthly **gross salary** * Statutory benefits starting on day one * Savings fund starting on day one * Grocery vouchers starting on day one * Subsidized cafeteria starting on day one * Free uniforms * Option for indefinite-term employment contract Benefits: * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
