IT Support Engineer (Central–Northern Zone)

Job Summary: This role involves providing IT support to end-users for the installation, diagnosis, maintenance, and service of computer-related products across multiple client sites, with varying complexity in problem resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive IT technical support for end users. 2. Resolution of complex issues and hardware/software maintenance. 3. Development in a customer service environment and teamwork. **What success looks like in this role:** **Work Location / Coverage:** Supporting 3 client sites located in Vallejo, Tlalnepantla, and Colonia Nápoles. * You will interact with end users managing IT equipment. * You will provide support for activities related to the installation, diagnosis, maintenance, and service of computer-related products, including but not limited to desktops and laptops, printers, networking devices, standard software, and entry-level servers at client sites and/or warehouse locations. * Assignments vary in complexity, ranging from troubleshooting and repair to more challenging device repairs, including PC/laptop reimaging and reloading, and installation and optimization of network HW/SW products. **You will be successful in this role if you have:** * Completed Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Computer Systems or related field; alternatively, completed TSU or technical vocational program. * 2\-3 years of experience supporting IT equipment. * Knowledge of operating systems and applications. * Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy, etc.) under SLA. * Technical English proficiency. **Other Skills:** * Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. * Experience handling end users. * Teamwork. * Conflict management and resolution. \#LI\-AO1 Unisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.
