




Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate the entire payroll calculation and payment process, ensuring compliance with applicable tax, labor, and social security regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of payroll calculation and payment 2. Guarantee of tax and labor compliance in payroll processing 3. Handling of payroll incidents and administration of employee records **Knowledge:** * Payroll calculation * Processing employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary changes * Calculation of vacation bonuses, year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), and severance payments * Preparation and submission of SIPARE reports * Preparation and submission of ISN reports * SIROC **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the complete payroll calculation and payment process (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). * Ensure compliance with current tax, labor, and social security regulations. * Ensure accurate application of employee deductions, earnings, and benefits. * Coordinate payroll stamping (timbrado) in accordance with SAT regulations. * Handle payroll-related incidents (e.g., disabilities, terminations, hires, overtime). * Administer and maintain up-to-date employee records in the payroll system.
