Job Summary: We are seeking a TIC Engineer for on-site support in a production/manufacturing environment, maintaining equipment and applications to ensure business continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Critical technical support for manufacturing operations. 2. Maintenance of equipment, applications, and network infrastructure. 3. Contributes to business competitiveness and continuity. At **Icorp**, we are looking for an Engineer with expertise in production/manufacturing environments providing on-site support to **TIC users**. The role involves delivering technical support services to maintain equipment and applications in optimal condition, as well as ensuring access to network infrastructure, thereby guaranteeing user activity performance and contributing to business competitiveness and continuity. **Work Mode:** 100% On-site **Location:** Blvd. Juan Pablo II, near the Río Bravo area, Ciudad Juárez. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 11:30 PM \- 7:00 AM. **(Fixed)** Availability for weekend on-call duties **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree/Engineering in Systems or related field **(Graduated or Intern required)**. * Minimum 2 years of experience in **industrial environment TIC support**. * English level A2 (intermediate) **(assessment will be conducted)** * Experience working with **SLAs and KPIs** * No restrictions regarding relocation or work schedule. * Experience in: * + 2 years working in **industrial environment TIC support** + Basic ITIL knowledge + Inventory management + Environments involving **SLAs and KPIs** + Windows operating systems + Basic networking + Antivirus software applications + Ticket management and tracking + Use of ITSM tools + Software and hardware installation + Installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops and computing equipment + Physical installation of telecommunications equipment **Benefits** * Base salary * Gasoline allowance * Quarterly bonus * Statutory benefits
