(BASE CUAUTLA) Objective: Lead a team to achieve goals and objectives related to group loan disbursement and recovery across different branches in the Morelos region. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed bachelor's degree in fields related to the position. 2 years of experience as a branch manager in group lending products. Flexible availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Organize and plan promotion, loan disbursement, collection, and recovery activities with the team. * Evaluate and approve credit operations according to credit policies and risk assessment. * Supervise, monitor, and provide feedback on the activities of subordinates. * Develop collection plans for timely delinquency control. * Evaluate and monitor the achievement of team performance targets. * Supervise compliance with group credit policies and guidelines. * Review and approve disbursement processes that comply with applicable credit rules and procedures. * Perform administrative tasks related to team management in coordination with the HR department.
