Passionate about .NET, Azure, and the Microsoft ecosystem **About the Role:** We are looking for a **Senior Dynamics 365 Developer** to join a global IT services company, working exclusively for a leading client in the **Healthcare** sector. If you are passionate about .NET, Azure, and the Microsoft ecosystem, we want to meet you! **Your Responsibilities:** * Design and develop customized solutions in Dynamics 365\. * Develop Web APIs using ASP.NET Core. * Create and manage plugins, Power Automate flows, and Azure Functions. * Collaborate with international teams in a 100% remote environment. **Requirements:** * 6\-8 years of development experience (minimum 4 solid years with .NET/C\#). * Proven experience in Dynamics 365 customization and development. * Advanced English (fluent conversational skills \- Mandatory). * Knowledge of Git, Web API, and Power Platform. **What We Offer:** * Salary: $100,000 MXN Gross (Payroll) or $120,000 MXN (Contractor). * 100% Remote Work Model (Only for permanent residents of Mexico). * Statutory Benefits \+ Major Medical Expense Insurance (Vision/Dental), Life Insurance, Grocery Vouchers (10%), and 8 floating days. * Stable long-term project.
