Proficiency in cost accounting and inventory management. **A leading company dedicated to the design, construction, and operation of boutique hotels** Seeks **Accounting Manager** **Profile:** Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting 5–7 years of experience in accounting and tax management within the construction or real estate development industry. Expert in **job-order costing**, budget control, and compliance with industry-specific regulations (e.g., construction project registration and special employer contributions). Residency in Bucerías, Nayarit is MANDATORY. **Specialized Software:** Proficiency in accounting ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics) and, preferably, construction management tools (e.g., Enkontrol, Opus, or Neodata). **Responsibilities** * **Cost Accounting:** Management of cost centers by project to determine the true profitability of each construction project. * **Inventory Management:** Control of materials in warehouse and "in transit", as well as depreciation of heavy machinery. * **Specialized Taxation:** In-depth knowledge of statutory withholdings, payroll taxes for construction projects, and social security regimes specific to construction workers. * **Financial Reporting Standards (NIF/NIC):** Application of **revenue recognition** criteria (based on project progress or degree of completion) **We Offer:** Monthly gross salary from $40,000 to $45,000 Statutory benefits Job stability.
