We are currently seeking a Full Stack \- WebApps to join our team in Mexico City, Ciudad de México (MX\-CMX), Mexico (MX). Skills Profile – Full Stack Developer (Web Apps) **Required Experience:** +3 years developing web applications in production environments 1\. Technical Competencies (Mandatory) Frontend * Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6\+) * Solid experience with modern frameworks: * React.js (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js * State management handling (Redux, Context API, Vuex, etc.) * Consumption and integration of REST and/or GraphQL APIs * Responsive interface design (Mobile First) * Basic knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) * Proficiency with build and bundling tools (Vite, Webpack, npm/yarn) Backend * Experience developing APIs using at least one of the following stacks: * Node.js (Express, NestJS) * Java (Spring Boot) * Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) * .NET (ASP.NET Core) * Design of RESTful services and handling of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth) * Business logic implementation and fundamental design patterns (MVC, Clean Architecture) Databases * Experience with: * Relational: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server * Non-relational: MongoDB, DynamoDB (desirable) * Data model design and query optimization * Knowledge of ORMs (Sequelize, TypeORM, Hibernate, Entity Framework, etc.) Version Control and Basic DevOps * Professional use of Git (GitFlow, PRs, code reviews) * Experience working with repositories on GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps * Basic knowledge of: * CI/CD * Docker (desirable) * Deployment in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP – practical level) 2\. Web Applications Experience * End-to-end web application development * Experience in production environments with real users * Maintenance and evolution of existing systems * Handling bugs, refactoring, and performance improvement * Experience working with SPA or microservices architectures (desirable) 3\. Quality and Best Practices * Writing clean, readable, and maintainable code * Knowledge of testing: * Unit testing (Jest, Mocha, JUnit, etc.) * Frontend testing (Cypress, Testing Library – desirable) * Application of SOLID principles and basic security best practices (OWASP Top 10\) 4\.
