Job Summary: A leading private security company is seeking an Operational Supervisor with experience in personnel management, security diagnostics, and report preparation, demonstrating leadership and conflict resolution skills. Leadership and conflict resolution A prominent Private Security company requires: **OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR** **PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION WITHIN THE PRIVATE SECURITY INDUSTRY IS MANDATORY, MINIMUM TWO YEARS (verifiable).** **SHIFT:** 12x12 (with one day off per week). Position located in the Northern region of the State of Mexico. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Personnel management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Information gathering techniques and applications. * Security diagnostic techniques. * Vehicle operation (manual and automatic transmission). * Knowledge of regulations, laws, and standards applicable to private security. * Preparation of incident reports. * Supervision of timing and movements for assigned services. * Knowledge of Asset Security. **Responsibilities:** * Service supervision. * Monitoring of contingencies. * Monitoring of incidents. * Ensuring compliance with staffing requirements for assigned services. * Ensuring compliance with instructions and protocols. * Planning, organizing, supervising, and evaluating the assigned team. **Skills:** * Decision-making. * Conflict resolution. * Pro\-active. * Leadership. \* Availability of time and willingness to travel occasionally.
