Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring inventory tracking and control, returns, and shrinkage, guaranteeing product recovery in reverse logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in quality control at distribution centers 2. Inventory management and adjustments 3. Monitoring of performance and productivity indicators REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Economics and Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or Quality Management (completed degree) Knowledge of ISO quality control processes for distribution centers (preferred) Knowledge of merchandise handling (GROCERIES), including care, control, and management Inventory handling and movements, adjustments Monitoring of performance and productivity indicators for the operational staff at distribution centers RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure inventory tracking in the returns warehouse, including clarifications and product shrinkage during operations Ensure shrinkage control and recovery of products received through reverse logistics due to quality failures, operational incidents, or product donations resulting from received returns Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
