Drives continuous improvement initiatives. #### **About this position** Join us as a Shift Coordinator at our Toluca Adhesives Plant We seek a Shift Coordinator eager to assume a key role in plant operations, leading work teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This position is critical to ensuring operational objectives are met with a robust emphasis on Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement. #### **What you will do** * Ensure adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. * Coordinate and supervise operational staff during the assigned shift (24/7 shift rotation). * Guarantee compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, promoting safety as a top-priority value in operations. * Monitor and manage key performance indicators such as efficiency, downtime, waste, quality, and plan adherence. * Manage human and material resources to ensure continuity and stability of the production process. * Coordinate startups, product changeovers, and necessary operational adjustments during the shift. * Identify deviations and promptly implement corrective and preventive actions. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and reducing losses. * Ensure compliance with established quality standards and operational procedures. * Foster team development, training, and engagement. #### **What makes you a great candidate** * Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * +3 years of experience in similar roles. * Prior experience in manufacturing processes or the chemical industry. * Experience leading operational teams in plant settings. * Knowledge of industrial safety and quality management systems. * Familiarity with root cause analysis, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement. * Advanced English proficiency. #### **Some benefits of joining Henkel** * Global wellness standards with healthcare and preventive programs * Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks * Employee Stock Purchase Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching contributions * Flexible Benefits * On-site cafeteria * Savings Fund At Henkel, we come from diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
