Opportunity for professional growth. **Location:** CDMX – Corporate Office **Work Mode:** On-site, full-time **Department:** Human Capital **Job Objective: ------------------------ Administer, execute, and ensure accurate payroll, compensation, and benefits management, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments, regulatory compliance, and employee satisfaction. ### **Responsibilities** * Process and validate regular, extraordinary, and special payrolls. * Design and manage compensation, benefits, and perks schemes. * Supervise payroll-related incidents and accounting reconciliations. * Prepare tax and labor compliance reports. * Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits. * Supervise and support a team of 1 to 3 people. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, personnel administration, or accounting. * Preferred experience in retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) with large operational staff. * Proficiency in payroll systems and intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of labor and tax legislation. * Basic English proficiency. ### **Competencies** * Organization and execution. * Adaptability and flexibility. * Individual leadership. * Process adherence. * Learning agility. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Internal benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth.
