Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst for continuous improvement projects, process mapping, and organizational transformation. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects. 2. Model As-Is and To-Be processes using BPMN 2.0 methodology. 3. Collaborate with various operational departments and management levels. Responsibilities: - Elicitation and analysis of operational processes. - Modeling of As-Is and To-Be processes using BPMN 2.0 methodology. - Documentation of processes, activities, roles, KPIs, and workflows. - Identification of risks, efficiency gaps, and improvement opportunities. - Preparation of reports, metrics, and monitoring dashboards. - Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional process transformation. - Development of controls aligned with SOX methodology. - Collaboration with various operational departments and management levels. Essential Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (current student or graduate). - Minimum 1 year of experience in process analysis and design. - Knowledge of BPMN 2.0. - Proficiency with diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Bizagi, or similar. - Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and extraction. - Basic/intermediate Power BI skills for metrics and KPIs. - Conversational English at B2 level and technical reading proficiency. - Ability to translate operational information into diagrams and formal documentation. Desirable: - Knowledge of SOX controls. - Experience with RACI matrices, policies, and process manuals. - Familiarity with HOPEX or similar tools. - Requirements – Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 1 year of experience Languages: English Keywords: analyst
