This position targets **first-time employment**, ideal for students or recent graduates with foundational technical knowledge and a strong desire to learn. **Responsibilities** * Provide first-level technical support to internal users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * Install, configure, and update Windows operating systems. * Install and support Office / Office 365 software. * Configure peripherals (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.). * Assist with basic LAN network configuration and connectivity troubleshooting. * Manage and track incidents using a ticketing system. * Verify proper functioning of antivirus software and basic backups. * Document solutions, procedures, and technical support activities. * Escalate incidents when necessary and comply with internal IT policies. **Requirements** **Education** * Recent graduate in: Computer Science, Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, Technical Support and Maintenance, or other IT-related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 6 months of technical support experience (may include professional internships or social service). * Computer equipment maintenance. * Windows operating system installation. **Technical Knowledge** * Computer assembly and diagnostics. * Windows 7, 10, and 11. * Microsoft Office / Office 365. * Corporate antivirus and backup software. * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Basic LAN network configuration. **Desirable** * Basic knowledge of Active Directory. * Experience with ticketing software. * Basic Linux knowledge. * Basic virtualization.
