Systems and Technical Support Engineer An engineering and technology solutions company is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team. ## Requirements * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in: * Computer Systems * Computer Science * Information Technology * Communications * or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, networking, or technological infrastructure. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Willingness to travel (a valid passport is mandatory). * Valid driver's license. --- ## Technical Skills * On-site and remote technical support for users. * Data backup and recovery. * Tracking, control, and assignment of technological equipment. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of networks and communications. * Basic configuration and administration of routers. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of CCTV. * Configuration and installation of IP cameras. * Proficiency with cloud platforms and services. * Knowledge of digital inputs and outputs (DI/DO). * Development of scripts and automations. ### Preferred Experience: * Development of scripts and automations. * Execution and maintenance of scripts for monitoring, validations, or automatic configurations. * Knowledge of: * PowerShell * Bash * Python * Task automation * Use of remote administration and monitoring tools. --- ## Desired Skills * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organization and activity tracking. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and commitment to continuous learning. * Strong communication skills with users and clients. --- ## We Offer * Monthly salary of $10,000 to $14,000 MXN (based on experience). * Continuous training. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Participation in technological and innovation projects. * Excellent work environment. --- ## Position Details * Employment type: Full-time / Permanent * Work mode: On-site * Schedule: 10-hour shift --- If you meet the profile and wish to join our team, please send your updated CV to the email address below: We are excited about the possibility of working with you!
