Position Summary: Ensure continuous and secure operation of the network and technological infrastructure, provide end-user technical support, and guarantee availability of critical systems. Backup implementation and procedure documentation Position: Systems and Network Administrator with Technical Support Position Objective: Ensure continuous and secure operation of the company's network and technological infrastructure, provide end-user technical support, and guarantee availability of critical systems (e.g., SAE). Main Responsibilities • Administer and maintain the corporate network (LAN/WAN, VPN, WiFi). • Configure and monitor Windows servers. • Manage technological infrastructure: switches, routers, access points (APs). • Provide end-user technical support: hardware, software, peripherals. • Diagnose and resolve incidents (e.g., loss of connection to SAE). • Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. • Implement backups and disaster recovery plans. • Document procedures and best practices. Requirements • Technical or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or Telecommunications. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in network administration and first- and second-level technical support. • Knowledge of servers, virtualization, and cybersecurity. • Desired certifications: CCNA, SAE, NOI, ASPEL. • Proficiency with monitoring tools and software installation (ASPEL).
