Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced crew leader to manage and monitor installation and modernization projects for telecommunications towers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages operational staff in telecommunications projects. 2. Plans and monitors tower installation activities. 3. Coordinates logistics and access procedures for projects. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 years of experience managing operational staff (preferably in telecommunications). * English (B1 level mandatory). * Proven experience leading crews of at least 20 personnel. * Basic knowledge of telecommunications projects (tower installation). * Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related field (completed). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Planning and assignment of tasks to tower crews. * Monitoring of access procedures. * Logistics management for material transportation. * Planning, monitoring, and maintenance of tower installations and modernization. WE OFFER: * Base salary of $18,000.00 to $20,000.00 monthly, tax-free. * Statutory benefits. * Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
