Opportunity for professional development in a positive work environment. **Arca Group is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Lerma, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a professional in the payroll area with strong attention to detail and a focus on regulatory compliance, responsible for ensuring correct processing of payments, attendance incidents, and labor obligations. ***Objective:*** *Ensure accurate calculation, processing, and payment of employee payroll in compliance with current labor and tax regulations, while safeguarding confidentiality and data accuracy.* **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation and calculation of payroll (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). * Attendance incident tracking: absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities, vacations, etc. * Management of employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS. * Determination and calculation of taxes (ISR, SUA, etc.). * Generation of payroll reports and reconciliations. * Personnel file administration and document control. * Addressing employee inquiries regarding payments and pay slips. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in payroll systems. * Strong information handling skills. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Complimentary uniforms * Cafeteria area * Positive work environment * Mixed shift schedule * And more...
